Legal implication of screen captures

Hello,

I am looking into using the Motion Chart to render data for some
Powerpoint presentations. Since the result cannot be imported directly
into the presentation, I plan on using a screen capture utility to
record the animation as a video and embed the video instead.

Does anyone know if this method of doing things is permitted by
Google? I'm looking for a quotable page but cannot find one.
