Why has advanced search been crippled in the recent 'update'?
I ask because not only are categories now missing but the option to
search by date etc doesn't even work properly.
Obviously losing categories is a huge step backwards and many have
complained already but something that would probably go unnoticed is
how ordering doesn't work properly now either, sometimes i just like
to see what videos have been recently uploaded and before you could
see them all not long after but now we only get 'popular' videos that
are not only days old but few and far between, like some will be from
one day ago then the next few will be a day before that and so on, its
broken and far from a proper date sorted list, where are the hundreds
if not thousands of missing videos between?
I hope this isn't a sign of things to come, I mean Google is all about
search and if you can't even find interesting stuff by categories or
do simple date ordering whats the point, search isn't always a
specific thing, sometimes it's good just to see whats there to see!
