Sounds good but my concern is, when you click on check out it takes me to a
credit  card area, but doesn''t say how much I would be paying  on my
credit card, this is the bit that's confusing me when its supose to be free.

The other thing is we run a hotel in Blackpool, ok we have toilets but
would it still work in a 3 story building ?

You should be able to pick up a free TiSP kit from the staff toilets at
your local PC world.
