Hello everyone,

This documentation includes the evaluation timeline, how to use the
web app, and links to:
- student survey questions
- mentor & org admin survey questions
- instructions for students on how to provide their code sample to
Google

Remember, next Monday, August 20th at 19:00 UTC is pencils down time -
students should only be judged based on work done prior to this
deadline, though they are welcome (and encouraged!) to continue
working on it.
