how to set timeout of web client

I need to upload a large file to remote server. The default timeout is not enough ,how to increase it ?

I have the same requirement on increase the default timeout value, is it configurable in sitebricks-client?

Finally I use async-http-client instead， it has something like setRequestTimeout  setConnectTimeout.
