Upgrading to Jackson 2.x

Hi All,

Just a quick FYI, the latest version (trunk) is now using Jackson 2.x thanks to Evan Brodie from EA.

We will bake it there for a week or two and then do a release along with a bunch of other stuff. Jason Van Zyl can comment more on the other things we're planning to do. Please note that this is a BREAKING CHANGE as Jackson changed their package names to org.fasterxml from org.codehaus.

Please update or be wary of the update, accordingly. Thanks!

I just want to point out that the new package for Jackson is com.fasterxml, not org.fasterxml.
