SDC service is out today!!!

I checked the logs, it seems the server did not receive any of
request. Please resolve the issue and make the service more reliable.

Hi Dawen,

Are you seeing requests now?

I looked into this issue a bit.  It seems like we got a request around 11am PST, but the agent got connection refused.  Did you see anything in the logs on your end indicating that?  If not, this is something I'll investigate further on our end.  I couldn't quickly find any other problems on our end, so restarted the server that you are connected to, and cleared out state, which should straighten things out.

We are getting document from SDC now, and also see the request when it is working.

However, i don't see anything in our logs when the service were refused.

Restarting server seems to work, but it is not a long term fix, since it might happen again.
