The first example returns malware for me. I realize that the formatting of the response doesn't make it super easy to read.

The second doesn't return anything, but the header is 204 which we use to say that there is no match. See https://developers.google.com/safe-browsing/lookup_guide#HTTPGETRequest for more information.

Can someone point out to me what I'm doing wrong. I must have missed something because I can't get even the example to work.

This is the example GET code, which returns "malware":
https://sb-ssl.google.com/safebrowsing/api/lookup?client=api&apikey=ABQIAAAAPXUJHx8mZ6CAQsqzkH7z4xS0xaBJ_pvoMJCKdO9XAHu-bmpUvw&appver=1.0&pver=3.0&url=http%3A%2F%2Fianfette.org%2F

Here is the same example with "google.com" as the domain:
https://sb-ssl.google.com/safebrowsing/api/lookup?client=api&apikey=ABQIAAAAPXUJHx8mZ6CAQsqzkH7z4xS0xaBJ_pvoMJCKdO9XAHu-bmpUvw&appver=1.0&pver=3.0&url=http%3A%2F%2Fgoogle.com%2F

Nothing happens. What am I missing here?

Thanks,
DZ
