Where can I find URLs that can be used to testing the API?

I read somewhere
http://malware.testing.google.test/testing/malware

Is it still valid? It doesn't get a hit in my MD5 hash db. I also
tried this URL against http://thejaswi.info/projects/safe_browsing. I
didn't get a hit either.

The URL that for sure is in the list is
http://malware.testing.google.test/testing/malware/ with the slash at
the end.
