You may have noticed a link pop up in the Help Center in recent weeks
referring to video tutorials. We've been playing around with a few
possible formats and have finally introduced our first three Google
Reader video tutorials! The videos are mostly aimed at getting
beginners up and running with Google Reader by demonstrating how
Reader can be used to read, discover, and share cool things you've
found on the web.
Please let us know what you think or if there are any specific topics
you'd like to see covered in a video tutorial by commenting to this
thread or by commenting on the videos directly.

I am desperate for help, I can't find any resources regarding my
issue. When I go to my google reader, which I used for months without
issues, it get stuck on loading. Nothing appears on the screen except
the top google menu bar on the left that has links for gmail, news,
images...etc. and the one on the right that shows my e-mail address,
settings, my account, etc. Then below that all I see is the google
reader logo and in middle of the page on the very top is says
loading....in yellow highlight. I use a mac, and this happens in both
safari and mozilla. I use reader to update a portion of my companies
website, and it is very important to me. Can you help? Thanks!!!!
Oh, one thing I did read about was disabling extensions or add-on's
but I do not know how to or feel comfortable messing around with
settings.
