Hi Christophe

You can basically achieve this today, however it involves sharing a
specific feed of tagged items. What you need to do is this:

1. Tag one item with a tag (say, linux)
2. Go to Settings > Folders and Tags.
3. Click "private" to toggle it to public
4. You can then email your friend a link to the feed.

 Hello Reader team,

Please, please, please try to add a preference to the mobile version
of google reader to let user choose if he wants to hide feeds that are
already read in the “Subscriptions” page.

Actually, users who have a big number of feeds and a limited data plan
find it expensive to use. Also, page makes long time to load because

First off, Reader rules. Thank you Google.

When marking all as read a message pops up at the top telling me that
all messages have been marked as read. Fine. But that popup locks the
links on the top row (Gmail, Calendar, Documents, etc), meaning I have
to wait for the popup to disappear before I can click any of those

A few suggestions (I know they probably both appear, but I'm writing
them separately to enhance their importance):
1. Allow me to share rss items not only by email but also on different
networks (facebook, newsvine, clipmarks, etc'...) We already have the
'email' button, why don't we have a few other icons on the bottom for

 Hello,

I love the shared items functionality for both giving and receiving
information! And I'm more and more asking friends to switch to Google
Reader just so we can alert each other on common interests.

However not everybody is interested is somebody's entire set of shared
items... for example I share info on photography and linux and I have

Suggestion: Automatic mark-as-read after n days

 Hey--
I would love the ability to have Google Reader automatically mark
items as read after a certain number of days, even if I don't read
them. I don't usually read *every* item, and I usually don't intend
to; I just look at the latest ones (most of the time, on my iGoogle
page), and if something catches my eye, I read it. Hence, I don't

The GWT translator is really useful for speeding up load times on the
iPhone, but there are some feeds that it just doesn't translate
properly. Some get redirected to pheedo.com, others bring up the
source articles website with an error message.

It would be helpful (until GWT gets fixed) to be able to have a
