What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to  
http://gmaps-utility-library-dev.googlecode.com/svn/tags/extinfowindo...  
on an iPhone, iPad or Android device.
2. Click the link in the InfoWindow.
3. There is no step 3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to follow the link, instead the map pans and nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPhone iOS 5.

Fix: Add touchstart to stolen events.
