The problem is definitely with viewing the markers and outlines on
maps created by others. Copying the link and viewing it in a new
window definitely works. In the new window, I was able to select and
de-select one of the maps created by someone else and it worked
beautifully to paint in, and clear, the map regions and markers
repeatedly, but won't do it in the original map window I log into.

Has anyone figured out a fix??
