Grid-based clustering of markers in squares

1- I want to cluster markers in a form of square...
2- How can i make a grid of specific city where each box is covering
5km distance?

You probably need to write code to do that, you might be able to
modify one of the existing clustering libraries to do that (or
convince the maintainer of one of those libraries to add that
functionality, if it isn't already there)
