Bug in DirectionsService? or Incorrect Data?

Below is a query that is being made from my map implementation (http://
beta.campusmap.wvu.edu/). 2 address, one being in campus and one
being off campus.

The weird problem is that any address that's within the bounds of
campus returns "Daily Athanaeum" in the address api response from
google. Would this be possibly incorrect information in the bounding
box of the campus? I looked in map maker and I could not find
anything that might cause this anomaly in hopes of correcting it.

The same search with the same address on google.com/maps does NOT
return "Daily Athanaeum."

Thanks for any insight you might be able to give.
