2009/12/17: New Release

We've recently pushed out a new version of the API. See the list of
changes below:

Noticeable changes:
- Fixed initial jerk occuring before a map panning animation begins.
- Fixed map jumping to different location when zooming past the max
zoom level using Scrollwheel or DoubleClick.
- Copyright, MapType and Navigation control now resizes to suit map
size.
- Old style getters, setters, and event names are officially
deprecated and no longer defined.
