Subject: Can a commercial site embed a map without API?
Can someone clarify this question?

I want to embed a Google map into my commercial site without using the
API, which is hard to understand if you're not a developer.  I want to
embed the map on my site for informational purposes for the benefit of
web site visitors (i.e. I would not make any money by having the map
on my site, but it would be a convenient feature that visitors could
use).  The Google Maps TOS are vague in this regard.

Seems like a simply question, but I have yet to see an official answer
to this question, and I have been searching around.  What a headache.
Can someone please clarify this?  Thanks.

Is there really no one who can help answer this question?  Anyone?

This is how I use a Google map on my site for information. Look at
page source on how to do it:  http://www.galwayacupuncture.ie/Galway_acupuncture_contact_Juliana_Dr...
