Subject: Changing business details without our login details
We have a listing on google maps and recently changed names.
Unfortunately the person who originally 'claimed' the listing no
longer works for us, and their e-mail address is no longer working so
I can't have their password e-mailed to them.  How do I 'claim' it for
us?

Hi,

Can you provide more details so we can find the business you're referring
to? There's no way to actually remove it from one account and transfer it to
the other, but if you claim it and verify that you are the business owner,
you should be able to update it.

Thanks,
Jen

Hi Jen,

I'm referring to the Future Inns Cambridge & the Bruce Restaurant and
Lounge
700 Hespeler Road, Cambridge Ontario N3H 5L8

Our restaurant phone number is incorrect, we've changed names and our
weblink needs to be updated.

It was claimed at one time by the former GM, are you saying I can now
claim it and remove his details?

Thanks,

Jacqueline
