Subject: Business listings got screwed up again, even though I changed the address!
I was told that if I altered the phone number and/or the address of my
other business (I have two at one location), Google would stop trying
to "mesh" the two listings and list them as separate. It didn't work!
I'm trying to keep Magickal Entertainment and Artisan Candies
separate, but Google still insists on screwing them up. I feel I've
been pretty patient about this, and tried the work-around, but I am
losing business because of this mess. Why would anyone go to a
business that has face painting information in a candy listing?

I don't have ANY of these issues with Yahoo Local, but I also know
that Google Local is more visible. That's why I'm still listing on
Google, but now I don't know if it's worth the effort anymore, if all
the information keeps getting mixed up.

I'd give the web address to see the listing, but unfortunately now
that I've tried to delete the old listing of Artisan Candies, it has
now suspended the listings of all my businesses, including the newly
activated Artisan Candies, and Magickal Entertainment.

Is anyone out there that can help? Please?

Kristen Scott
