We're sourcing the majority of our information from NAVTEQ and TeleAtlas.
Any changes they make should be reflected in Google Maps. You can report
additions and map errors through one of these pages that they've provided:

Business owners:
Please take note that map data errors - such as misspellings of town names,
missing streets, etc - are often not the same as your business being located
incorrectly.
We want to note that neither NAVTEQ nor TeleAtlas will be able to assist you
with queries such as "please move the location of John's Pizzeria on Main
Street, Somewhere, CA, two blocks south."
They can probably help with things like "the split between North Broadway
and South Broadway occurs four blocks further south than marked."
