Hey Ammut,
I tested your issue this morning and did not notice the problem. The
only thing I suspect is if you were to be playing a long game, the deck
does not re-shuffle (right now) and it could have just been running out
of the deck of cards instead of being as you state. I'll try to test
that a few different ways and see if I get the same thing. What OS and
Browser were you using that you noticed this on?
Also, cash value locks once it hits 20 to prevent a massive sweep of
the world by cashing cards late in the game.
