ストリートビューの視点と視野を設定するには
GStreetviewPanorama の setPOV() メソッドを使います。

現在位置を取得する方法は
GStreetviewPanorama の initialized イベントが発生したときに
送られてくるGStreetviewLocation から情報を取得します。

無事ストリートビューを導入できました。
ありがとうございます。
現在、私のページでは等高線のついている電子国土ポータルを配備したサイトと
グーグルマップを配備したサイトがあります。
試しに電子国土ポータルと連携させてみたらちゃんと連携できました。
