静态地图的拖动问题

比如我在手机上显示的是中心为（31.000，117.000），尺寸为240x400，放大级别zoom=13的图片，然后我用鼠标向右拖动了40个像素距离，向上拖动了50个像素距离，请问此时要准确的显示地图，中心纬度经度的改变如何计算？
