I am having some issues changing the addresses of a road segment.  I have tried to add address plots like some other users did, but it's not working...I have attached a picture of what I'm trying to do.

The corner of US Hwy 45 and Peterson Rd is 1800 -- this is where my business is located.  It has been verified by the US Post Office, and our business is verified on Google Places.
The corner of US Hwy 45 and Tempel Dr is 1950 -- this is the location of another business verified by Google Maps (Libertyville Sports Complex)

I have put in request after request after request, and it remains in pending.  I'm not sure what I have to do to get this changed but I'll do what's needed.  I have 2-3 customers calling PER DAY wondering how to get our facility because Google Maps sends them to the incorrect location one mile south.  Let's get this changed so people aren't getting confused!

Can you post a link to the area (preferably the feature itself)?

It's here: http://goo.gl/S7rwg.  There's certainly a problem with Peterson Rd, as there are segments with all three names of: Peterson Rd, W Peterson Rd, E Peterson Rd.  Also, the U.S. 45 doesn't have all the alternate, Obscure names a US Hwy normally does.

Additionally, the Libertyville Sports Complex seems to be addressed to Grays Lake, not Libertyville.

Here is the area on the National Map Viewer.  There doesn't seem to be a N Hwy 45, just a regular Highway 45.  Peterson Rd isn't know by that name.  It's County Road A33 or the Illinois 20.

And I can't link to the specific part of the County's GIS map, but the overall thing is here.  The county says this section US 45 is "N Us Hwy 45", and this section of Peterson Rd/Co Rd A33/IL 20 is only "W Peterson Rd"

I'm not sure how you want to fix this, because there's conflicting information and I'm not especially familiar with how the address grids work with respect to the East/West and North/South designations of roads.

Street view calls it only Petersen Road - It also calls the cross street only US Highway 45. (Based on the street signs on the traffic lights on the corner).

As for getting an address range corrected, the only way I have been able to do so is "Report A Problem" on Google Maps. Find this exact spot in Maps itself and then Report A Problem. Say the address range is wrong and what it should be corrected to.

It probably won't be a quick change but I have had mixed results in the past. (May take a month or so.)

BTW - as an unrelated side bar - the sports center is in Libertyville. Someone has coded the wrong zip code to it - the link to the facility is on the City of Libertyville homepage.

Looking at the history of the 1800 U.S. Hwy Address/Plot, it was originally placed in that incorrect spot.  It has since been moved a number of times, but each time the start of the move is starting from that last, incorrect location; which means the changes are not transmitting through to the other database.  You might have to either be patient here as there they have been working on improving the sync over to the other database, so you might have to do it multiple times until one of them actually syncs over.  In addtion you should submit the Report a Problem that Steve mentioned to get the street range manually corrected.

Currently it is located in the median of the highway.  On your latest edit to delete it, a GR has asked you to move it to it's correct location, and you are responding that it is correct.  Unless your business is panhandling in the middle of the median, it definitely is not correct.  I have moved it to the front door of your business.  Could you please undo all your other edits so that only mine is being presented for review?

Can I ask if there is a reason you have not set up a POI for your business?  That should get people right to your front door.

Sorry, I missed where you said it was Places verified and for some reason I was not presented your POI when I clicked to find places in the area.  I see it now.

I've "reported a problem" a couple of times but it doesn't appear in my pending edits or anything so I have no idea if it got reviewed/rejected or what happened to it...is there somewhere else I have to go to see pending address changes?

Report a Problem is a Maps function, not a Map Maker function; you will not see it in your history.  You need to simply wait your turn for those reports, the timeline can really vary.  You will receive an email when it is handled if you checked the box for such a response.

There is no "pending address change", rather there is deletion requests on the Address/Plot.  You have been responding to the GR comments, so I'm sure you've seen it.

Hey everyone,

alohafalls - I've rechecked this concern and your business listing now has the correct address.

@Sai, Platypus, Steve, Flash - Thanks for pitching in with your thoughts

Regards,
Moid

@Moid - The issue is not resolved.  Do the following search: http://goo.gl/maps/gDVNw.  The address comes up 1 mile south of where his business is located; he is at the next major intersection to the north.  The address plot has been updated multiple times, but the changes obviously don't make it over to Maps as the next time it is searched in Maps it is found to be in the old location and yet another move request is added to the history of the address plot.
