Please don't double post.  We are volunteers, and you may not get a review within a day.  You need to remove the boundary, a business that should only be a point, especially since you only have a portion of the building.

Not sure how to remove the boundary and add a point. If I remove it there's no option to add a point

There is no way to remove it once you added it, unfortunately; you'll need to Undo and create a new edit.

I can't selectivly deny it either.  I think you are going to have to undo the edit and re-create it as a POI.

While you are at it, the description isn't really going to show up anywhere when people search for you so I wouldn't add it.  I believe it's internal to Map Maker.
