Sometimes i just cant extend a road, no matter how i click on it.
If i create a new road with the same name (but not all the
translations) will google be smart enough to know it's the same road?

No it won't deal it as single road. If start point is just at the end
point of exisiting road then it must give an option to extend unless
you have selected "Don't intersect to nearby..". If you send the link
to the place then someone maybe able to have look that what's going
on. Cheers

Ok, here is the example.

This is how i'm trying to do it:

According to the manuel, you start at the existing road, in order to
extend it.

Location is here, you can try it for your self:

It is because the start point of new road doesn't intersect at any
intersection node on the exisiting road. By the way, how come this
part could be the same road? It's never seen before that same road
divides into branches taking such a turn. Cheers

The branches belong to the Bulding (TC Antiko) with an underdroung
parking and an overgroung parking.
So one branch goes underground, while the other goes overground. Plus
it links to the road behing.
Since the road it too small to have it's own name, it uses the same
name as the big road.

So the question is, how do i create an intersection there?

I see. It is not really compulsory to extend the road each time. In such case, a new road with same name will do the job. Cheers
