Adding water polygons for showing a river....

I am having trouble with adding water for a river with the polygon
tool.

I don't get it, why is the color of the water not the same and why is
it appearing over the road.
Any suggestions????

Hey, I've tried to add water polygon over the line section. There is no problem in publishing, coming you your question the color of water is a bit shaded blue color. This is a rendering effect. This will change to the original blue color after some time.
