Fedora Yum Repositories No Longer Working

i keep getting a "mirror failed" report whenever i try to "yum install
picasa" or google desktop. i tried opening the mirror via lftp and the
i get a "Not Found" error.
Anyone else having the same problems?

This is working for me. Can you give the complete output from running
that command. Maybe even throw in the "-v" switch for additional
debugging information.
