bug - exclude duplicates - fails to work

where should I report bugs in the 3.0 beta?

ver 3.0.0 build 57.4402,0 for linux

Ubuntu 8.04 vanila on dell laptop

Kodak CX7300 connected via USB

steps:
- install picasa on fresh 8.04 ubuntu system
- Wipe Memory card in camera using camera utility
- date set properly in camera
- Take a few pictures, say 3
- Connect camera to laptop
- Picasa launches,
- use listbox to select camera
- wait for thumbnails
- notice checkbox is on, next to "exclude duplicates"
- Import all
- quit picasa
- unplug camera
- take 3 more photos
- Connect camera to laptop
- Picasa launches,
- use listbox to select camera
- wait for thumbnails
- notice checkbox is on, next to "exclude duplicates"
- Import all

result: notice that you now have 9 photos in picasa

expected result: you should have only 6 photos in picasa
