"Sorry not enough disk space, to safely download pictures" when I
attempt to download from my Picassa web album into Picasa desktop
application. Fine and good except that my home directory, where my
Picassa resides in over 90% empty -- It's the root partition that is
71% full.

Picasa should allow me to download to the same partiton/hard disk that
my user is situated on if it has enough free space; which I do.
