Before you ask this question, you need to ask yourself if you like
your Website.
If the answer is yes, then why are you asking why Google does not like
my Website?
If the answer is no, then think all the reason why you do not like
your Website and write them down.

First: Content and do you have enough of it to make a person want to
come to your Website and read it.
Second: Are you popular in your Internet community?
Third: Are your pages W3C validated?

If you can satisfy these three points you should be okay.
If you do not, fix them first and see if Google will like you.
