Bug in question mark and comman in Arabic, Persian and Urdu

Hi,
If you use comma or question mark while typing, it is doubled. I have
tested this in Arabic, Persian and Urdu with similar results. There
may exist the same problem in other scripts but I have not checked
them.
I am using Firefox.
