Transliteration between textboxes

Dear Sir,

Google tansliteration api is activated on pressing the space bar and
the typed text itself is transliterated.
For a project I am doing, i want the following to happen:
When i type in one text box, i want the transliterated version of what
i have typed in another text box, while the text i have typed in
should remain in english.
In all the examples i have seen, transliteration is done only in the
same text box, not between two text boxes. Can you help me with this?
In the project i am using Google transliteration api.
