Assisted Inject

Hi 

I imagine this addresses mostly Jesse Swank (sp?), but indeed anyone involved with the assisted inject extension.

I am writing about the problem of late-game dependency injection (and "contextual" DI), which is the problem that @AssistedInject solves. If you guys are watching this list (hopefully =) could you help me a bit with some housekeeping?

- How would you like Assisted Inject to be titled (i.e. is the library called anything special)?

- How would you like the authors to be credited--full names and place of work would be nice =)

- I would like to provide a link to a website or doc, is there a good one besides: http://publicobject.com/publicobject/assistedinject/javadocs/index.html

I've also created a Guice extension for the project in the main
source tree here:
