hierarchical injector issue

Bindings don't seem to propagate down more than 1 level. I have a
singleton bound which isn't available 2 levels down. Is this
intentional?

I'm running against a snapshot from this morning.

This is a known bug! Hierarchical injectors are beta-quality
for the time being. I intend to clean them up and formalize
their semantics within the next few months.
