Gson 1.3 BETA release

We have made a lot of great changes to Gson and want to share these
new features and bug fixes with the rest of the developer community;
therefore, we are releasing a "Beta" release of 1.3. As an FYI, we do
not forsee any incompatible changes for the clients of Gson when
upgrading from the Beta to the Featured release of Google Gson 1.3.

This release of Gson has much of the desired fixes for 1.3 as shown on
the Roadmap (https://sites.google.com/site/gson/gson-roadmap).

The goal of marking this as a "Beta" release is to get feedback from
Gson users on the new features.
So, your suggestions for better method names, or more appropriate ways
to expose the features are welcome.
