Hi - I've just installed google-gadgets-linux to Ubuntu 8.04.1 using
the Ubuntu binary packages (via the 'opensuse' portal).

I installed in the following order:
libggadget-1.0-0
libggadget-gtk-1.0-0
google-gadets-common
google-gadgets-gst
google-gadgets-xul
google-gadgets-gtk

All seems fine and I get the right entry in the 'Applications' tab
(and you can easily associate it with '.gg' files) but I get the
following error everytime I try to run it:

"Program can't start because it failed to load the following
module(s):

js-script-runtime"

I will have a go at installing it from source or using getdeb.net, but
if it wasn't for this issue then it would work fine!

Hi,
It's a bug. You can install package xulrunner-1.9-dev to workaround it.

It's now working fine - thanks for your help!

It's not working for me. I'm getting the same error with the rpm
binaries (I'm using Fedora 8) provided by google. I installed
xulrunner-devel as Zhe Su mentioned, but I still get the same error.
