I found some errors which did not allow me to use the features on three
computers with three different gmail ids but same results ugh.

Does any one know how i raise a official bug with the service.

I got the same "unknown error" and I expect its from the early-adopter
crush of use, but who knows.  Can you link to the actual bug report?

I hope you are not holding your breath. All they do is send you, and
talk, in circles. This thing is pre-pre-alpha at best ... utter garbage
at worst. High school code hackers have turned out better extensions
that do the same thing ...
