printing in Internet Explorer with exanvas

I am working on a webpage that outputs some graphics using the Canvas
javascript object. This is the URL: www.palm4eyes.com/cyl

The page displays and prints as expected in Firefox, but contains some
errors in Internet Explorer, especially when printed.

I did find this site:

which discusses a known printing bug with IE using excanvas but the
suggested fix does not work.

Any clues?
