Contributor License Agreements

I just got pinged from the open source team at Google and they
reminded me that everyone who wants to contribute to ExCanvas needs to
sign a Contributor License Agreements (aka CLA). This is not as scary
as it might sound ;-) You can read and sign the CLA electronically at:

http://code.google.com/p/soc/wiki/ContributorLicenseAgreements

Next time before we can look at your patches we will have to ask you
to sign the CLA.
