Can't load browser plug-in

Ifthere's a more appropriate place to ask this question, please point
me towards it.

I have downloaded the GE browser plug-in and have tried to install it
several times with no success. I have downloaded and "installed" it
while running both IE and Firefox. I get a prompt asking to re-start
the browser - when the browser re-starts I am back at the "download
API" page and the plug-in still doesn't load.

Hi Rizbee,

Can you give us details about your system? What video card are you
using? Are you fully updated? Do you have a firewall that might be
blocking something from you? What versions of FF and IE are you using?
XP or Vista?
