I'm getting the ERR_INVALID_DIV error in the failure function from the
createInstance function. I've got a web app that contains the
applications definition in a yaml file. So the base html is very
simple and the app definition is loaded and then we're injecting html
into the base html file. I'm getting this error whenever I call the
createInstance function, even though I can look into the html and see
the div with the correct id. Has anyone seen this or does anyone have
any ideas?

The call to 'google.load( "earth", "1" )' needs to go with in the head
of the html. This means that dynamically loading isn't as easy I
would have liked.
