Disabling IE8 support temporarily

Hi all,

In the next day or two, we will explicitly disable IE8 support until
we fix a few show-stopper bugs that have been reported recently. IE8
users will get a 'this browser is not supported' message until support
for the new browser is turned on again.

I want to stress that this is temporary and we will fully support IE8
once these high-priority bugs are fixed.

allow developers to bypass the disabled support to test your Earth API
applications on IE8:
