Setting latlonView

Hi,

Is there any possibility to set view in other way than using standard options (camera and lookAt)?

I mean, I want to set view using two points:

1) latitude west and longitude north

2) latitude east and longitude south

I would like to limit view setting first point in upper left corner and second point in bottom right point.
