Balloons flicker display when plugin is fullscreen

Hi,
I've noticed that if you place a plugin instance in a C# form and then
resize the form to fullscreen (and no border), whenever a balloon
opens, the entire screen flickers.
If the form smaller than fullscreen, this does not happen.

Is there any way to fix this, besides having a form that is slightly
smaller than fullscreen?

This is with version 5.2.1.1588.
