I need help about this subject
Some days ago, I was surfing on the internet and found this

Can anyone here explain to me how to make this possible?

Hi,

It's a normal set of features (models & placemarks etc) but they've
added a black groundOverlay across the whole globe and turned terrain
off - effectively hiding all the underlying GE content. (If you tilt
upwards you can still see the sky.
