I have sent repeated error logs to google with no response. I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to install Google Earth and just keep getting "Error 9"

I did manage to install G.E. on my Mac Mini but no terrain shows up. just yellow outlines of where the land masses should be. So. I'm STUCK! If anyone has the solution, let me know.
