Problem with polygons in a tour

Hi, I have made a KML file that contains a tour, which was represented
with many polygons, draws on mode RelativeToGround. When I see the
tour, many polygons appears in the sky, I think that is due to Google
Earth doesn't know the altitude where the polygon is located, because
download maps very slow (due to slow internet connection).
When maps can be viewed clearly, the polygons go down from sky to
correct place.
Can anyone help me?
