Hello.
I have created a simple application using javascript based on Google
Earth Plugin. It works fine with a windows-browser but I would like to
see the same web-page on my iPhone. I could not manage to do it
because the Safari browser of iPhone says that it does NOT support the
Google Earth plugin. Is there any trick to do to make it working?

Hi Jack,

Sorry no trick, it won't work because not only is the browser
unsupported but you also can't install the plug-in on the iPhone
either.

Anyhow, If it is of any use then there is a version of the Google
Earth application available for the phone here:
http://www.google.com/mobile/products/earth.html#p=default

Sorry I can't help more.

Fraser.

Just out of curiosity, is this something that could emerge for the
Android platform? If there was a mobile platform for KML/Earth API,
the number of applications would be greatly increased.

Hey Greg.
I've seen the link you have posted and it's not the solution I was
looking for.
What I really need is the possibility to open an HTML page with a
certain java-script code which manage the Google Earth API into the
webpage. In this way I can re-use the code I have already written for
a browser in WindowsXP.
Any good news?

Its amazing, I have been looking for the answer to the same question for three years now and all I can find in evey search I do is lame answers like the ones here.

Lets ask again and see if someone from Google is listening: will there be a Google Earth Plugin for the Android platform, or should we all keep our iphones?

Thanks

Luis

The Earth plugin doesn't support Android OR iOS.  Or Linux.

It is Windows and OS X only.  I would be very surprised to see support added for other platforms.
