I thought I had edited the yaml file properly, but I'm getting this
error when trying to make a test network.

What am I missing?

Hi Seth,

You want to point to www.google.com for test networks.  Test networks live in the same environment as production networks (so you can use the UI to look at your network once created) but they don't serve ads and forecasting is mocked.
